Surf-Skating meeting point
Meeting point, parking and useful information if you are coming to Playa Honda for the first time.
Where we meet
We meet 15 minutes before the start of your session at the meeting point next to the park. Located between the landing strip and Playa Honda, it's easy to find, taking the next exit after the airport in direction to Arrecife
Good to know
- Playa Honda has a nice beach. From the park where we skate it's only a short walk to jump into the water, to cool down after skating or to spend the rest of the day at the beach.
- The beach promenade, offers plenty of opportunity to taste local and international cuisine
- You might like to take advantage of the shopping opportunities in Playa Honda. A small shopping mall and supermarkets are easy accessible on the way to and from Playa Honda.
- Also the town itself is worth a stroll, with a nice little pedestrian zone, a variety of shops restaurants and cafes for all tastes and purposes.
Parking in Playa Honda
There is plenty of public parking space and usually it is possible to park right at the meeting point.
Surf-Skating
What to bring
Wear some flat sneakers and comfortable but robust clothes. Don't forget sun protection. If you like, bring a snack for after the session or in between. I care for boards and helmets, and protector pads for knees, elbows and wrists.
